Paprika is a spice, which comes from a red pepper in the capsicum annum family. This brilliant red pepper ranges from sweet and mild to hot. Paprika is washed, sorted, trimmed, and air-dried.

Carrots
The carrot is a root vegetable, usually orange, or red-white blend in color, with a crisp texture when fresh. The edible part of a carrot is a taproot. Carrots are sorted, washed, peeled, trimmed, blanched, and air-dried.

Jalapeño slices are fresh, hot jalapeno peppers that have been uniformly cut into sliced rings and pickled in brine. The pepper slices possess a uniform, firm and crisp texture.
